Project Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Project and Maintenance Department. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring smooth communication and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Location: Calicut
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination of project activities between the project and maintenance teams.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Communicate project updates to reporting manger and maintain documentation.
- Monitor maintenance schedules and support in coordinating resources and materials.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Identify potential issues and work with the team to resolve them promptly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle tight deadlines.
