Sales Telecalling Executives are responsible for calling and explaining the products and services offered by the company. Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers. This position is based out of factory location (Sangareddy) - On-site
Roles and Responsibilities
Knowing all the details of the product or service offerings.
Find fresh sales opportunities through inbound calls
Ability to Communicate clearly with customers.
Explain the benefits of the products or services to potential customers.
Route opportunities to the concerned executive for sale closure.
Regularly update and obtain the lists of individual contact details.
Meet and exceed sales targets set by the organization.
Keep a record of every customer interaction and sales activity.
Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
Daily reporting in the company standard formats
Skills & Requirements
Graduates (Any specialization)
0 to 2 years in the relevant field
Effective communication skills.
Passionate about the EV and automotive sector
Quality of Persuasiveness to convince the customer.
