Job Summary: The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading, coaching, and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and enhance overall team performance. This role involves overseeing daily sales operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and team development. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of sales representatives, setting performance goals, providing regular feedback, and conducting performance evaluations. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Monitor team performance and adjust strategies as needed. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and product knowledge. Foster a positive and productive work environment. Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports on sales performance. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, with a minimum of 1 years. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Full-time position. May require occasional travel for client meetings or training sessions.
