Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Property Listings & Marketing: Assist clients in listing their properties by preparing market analysis, creating compelling property listings, and utilizing various marketing strategies to attract buyers.
Property Showings & Tours: Conduct property showings, open houses, and tours for prospective buyers or renters. Provide detailed information and answer questions about properties, neighborhoods, and market conditions.
Negotiation & Closing: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable terms. Guide clients through the closing process, ensuring all documentation and procedures are completed accurately and efficiently.
Market Research & Analysis: Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and property details. Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and other documentation as required.
Compliance & Ethics: Adhere to all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in real estate transactions. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).
Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and local area knowledge.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using real estate software and tools (e.g., MLS systems, CRM platforms).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
