Sales Representative- Real Estate(HNI Clients)

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Property Listings & Marketing: Assist clients in listing their properties by preparing market analysis, creating compelling property listings, and utilizing various marketing strategies to attract buyers.
  • Property Showings & Tours: Conduct property showings, open houses, and tours for prospective buyers or renters. Provide detailed information and answer questions about properties, neighborhoods, and market conditions.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable terms. Guide clients through the closing process, ensuring all documentation and procedures are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and property details. Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and other documentation as required.
  • Compliance & Ethics: Adhere to all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in real estate transactions. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
  • Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and local area knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using real estate software and tools (e.g., MLS systems, CRM platforms).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
