Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales & Operations Representative to join our team. This is an entry-level role perfect for freshers or those with limited experience who are eager to learn and develop their careers in sales and operations. The role involves promoting our own brand snacks, travelling to introduce our products to clients, achieving sales targets, and handling essential operational tasks such as stock management and deliveries. Since the company is still growing, this role will provide plenty of opportunities to learn, gain experience, and contribute directly to our success. Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Promotion:
Travel to different locations to introduce our own brand Snacks to local retailers, distributors, and potential clients.
Promote our products, build awareness of the brand, and foster relationships with new customers.
Assist with in-store promotions and product samplings to engage customers and drive sales.
Client Engagement & Presentations:
Learn how to deliver simple product presentations to clients, explaining the benefits and features of our own brand snacks.
Build rapport with clients, answer basic questions, and follow up on inquiries.
Support the development of promotional materials and strategies to engage new customers.
Sales Target Achievement:
Work with the team to set and meet monthly sales goals.
Track your progress and report back to management on sales performance and customer feedback.
Learn and develop strategies to improve sales performance and market outreach.
Operations & Logistics:
Help manage the collection of stock from suppliers and assist in delivering products to clients.
Assist with maintaining an accurate inventory of stock and ensuring timely deliveries to customers.
Learn how to handle basic operational tasks such as managing orders, tracking stock levels, and troubleshooting delivery issues.
Office & Administrative Support:
Help maintain the office space, keeping it organized and ensuring supplies are stocked.
Assist with general administrative tasks such as record keeping, handling customer inquiries, and scheduling meetings.
Support the team with basic office management tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience: Freshers or candidates with 0-1 years of experience in sales, marketing, or operations are encouraged to apply. No prior experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn is essential.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and the ability to engage with customers confidently.
Enthusiasm: Eager to learn, with a proactive attitude and a passion for health and food products.
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle a variety of tasks with minimal supervision.
Willingness to Travel: Must be comfortable with regular travel to meet clients and deliver products.
Driver's License: A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
