- Build relationships with education agents, introducing them to Edu XGateway’s platform, converting leads into active users, and addressing their specific needs.
- Provide guided tutorials to new users, helping them navigate and fully utilize the platform’s features.
- Understand each client’s unique needs and demonstrate how Edu XGateway’s services can support their goals.
- Use digital outreach and networking to attract new clients and meet sales targets.
- Provide ongoing support, promptly addressing any client issues or questions to ensure satisfaction and sustained engagement.
- Provide feedback from clients to the product team for potential improvements and assist in developing promotional materials to attract prospective clients.
- Attend to other tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned by the manager.
