Sales & Marketing Executive and Tea Taster

The job description of the Sales & Marketing Executive and Tea Taster will be as follows:
· Responsible for bulk Tea Sales, blending, Auctions, Export, Tendering, quality control & profitability and Tea Tasting
· Responsible for developing business & building the brand of the company.
· Explore new avenues of business and submit feasible expansion plans.
Minimum Qualifications
· Solid knowledge in the in-Bulk Tea Sales, blending, Auctions, Export, Tendering, quality control
· Any Graduate with PG/MBA in Marketing.
Professional Experience
· The ideal applicant will be an MBA marketing graduate from premium institute with a strong background in sales of tea products, with a minimum of 10 years of sales experience as executive position and in Tea Tasting
· Must have worked as HOD for the last 10 years in any reputable Tea Company.
· Strong understanding of various policies and practices of this Industry.
· Responsible of managing Exports, Direct sales, Ecommerce sale and Auction sales.
· Responsible for achieving business objectives to meet the company’s sales
· Handle and interface with important export accounts, sending them product samples, price offers, and product data for our whole range. Follow up on orders, monitor sales, and manage the export supply chain.
· Coordinate with Production team and any other related functional team on product development, packing and product customization for Export Tea products.

· Ability to manage other managers, and deal with challenging situations while remaining forward-looking and positive
· Ability to lead by example - The candidate should embrace organizational norms, be self-discipline and lead best practices
· Adaptability - The ability to adapt is essential for anticipating potential new possibilities and mitigating potential challenges.
· Understand the changing and evolving landscape, as well as new developments and identify which may be relevant for their implementation.

· Excellent Communication skills - should have strong, clear, and crisp verbal articulation skills and very strong documentation skills.
· Very strong Interpersonal Skills - ability to listen to critical, with the capacity to truly comprehend, be seen as approachable, and act as a coach, inspiring confidence with ability to help.

· Strong knowledge of operating systems - Ability to create or guide External & Internal team members to prepare high impact reports using pivot tables, Power point etc and should have a high degree of integrity, forward thinking, positive and pro-active in anticipating organizational needs.
