Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the construction materials market and excellent sales and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and research.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiate prices and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
Provide clients with detailed product information and technical support.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing sales.
Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction materials industry.
Strong understanding of construction materials and their applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
