This role involves frequent travel to meet clients, conduct product demonstrations, and close sales deals. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of our products, excellent sales skills, and the ability to work independently in the field. Key Responsibilities:
Field Sales & Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients within your territory to promote and sell our batteries, inverters, and chargers.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct on-site demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the needs of your territory and market conditions.
Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and adjust sales strategies.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales targets using CRM software.
Customer Support: Provide technical support and product information to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and generate new leads.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, particularly in the battery, inverter, or charger industries.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of batteries, inverters, and chargers, and their applications.
Sales Skills: Excellent sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within your designated territory.
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay motivated in a field sales environment.

Industry Knowledge: Experience in the renewable energy sector or related products.
