Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with a proven ability to achieve ambitious sales targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales efforts to achieve a target of 1 lakh square feet of real estate/retail space. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented professional with strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the market. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy Execution: o Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve the target of 1 lakh square feet. o Identify potential clients and develop a strong sales pipeline through proactive lead generation. o Engage with prospects to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions. 2. Client Relationship Management: o Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. o Provide clients with comprehensive information about available properties, including features, pricing, and terms. o Conduct site visits and property tours with prospective clients. 3. Negotiation and Closing: o Hxpert won’t tolerate negotiations to close sales deals. o Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and other necessary documentation. o Work closely with the legal and finance teams to finalize agreements. 4. Market Analysis: o Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. o Provide feedback to management on market conditions, client needs, and potential opportunities. o Adjust sales tactics based on market dynamics to ensure targets are met or exceeded. 5. Reporting and Documentation: o Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions. o Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights for management review. o Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner. 6. Team Collaboration: o Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences. o Participate in team meetings, providing insights and updates on sales progress and challenges. o Collaborate with other sales executives to share best practices and strategies. 7. Customer Service: o Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. o Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business. o Handle any issues related to contract execution, payments, or other post-sale activities. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Business with specialization in Sales. · 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, retail, or a similar industry. · Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. · Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. · Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels. · Proficiency in MS Office. · Excellent time management and organizational skills. Additional Requirements: · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events. · Strong understanding of the local real estate/retail market is a plus. Compensation: · Competitive base salary with performance-based commissions. · Incentives and bonuses based on achievement of sales targets.
