Client acquisition.
Account Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to discuss their needs and propose solutions.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
Provide technical expertise and support to clients, addressing any product-related questions or concerns.
Sales Reporting:
Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales volume, revenue, and client feedback.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager/Director of Sales.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, production, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and its products.
Coordinate sales activities: Assist the sales team in managing and organizing sales activities, including cold calling – B2B, scheduling appointments, email marketing, cold calling etc. Follow up on sales inquiries, quotations, and orders to ensure timely and accurate processing.
