## Overview We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and providing exceptional dealer service. ## Responsibilities - Engage with dealers to understand their needs and preferences - Recommend products based on their requirements - Process transactions accurately using our systems - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock and replenish merchandise as needed - Meet and exceed sales targets - Provide after-sales support to enhance dealer satisfaction ## Qualifications - Proficiency in communication is required - Previous experience in jewelry sales, grocery store, or retail environment is a plus - Strong cash handling skills - Knowledge of retail math principles - Ability to perform technical sales for specialized products - Excellent time management skills - Familiarity with systems - Ability to upsell and cross-sell products to customers
