The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, selling influencer marketing solutions, and building strong relationships with potential and existing clients. This role requires a deep understanding of influencer marketing trends and the ability to pitch the agency’s services to brands, companies, and marketers. The Sales Executive will work closely with the business development, marketing, and influencer management teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to the agency’s growth. Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
Identify, approach, and convert new potential clients interested in influencer marketing services.
Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and networking to generate new leads.
Research target markets and clients to understand their needs and how the agency’s influencer services can benefit them.
Sales Presentations & Pitches:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
Tailor marketing and influencer campaigns to meet the specific needs of clients and brands.
Explain how the agency's services, including influencer campaigns, content creation, and strategy, can add value to their marketing objectives.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Serve as a key point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with the agency’s services.
Upsell and cross-sell influencer marketing packages, services, and additional offerings to existing clients.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the agency.
Track personal sales metrics and performance to ensure alignment with goals.
Collaborate with the sales manager to develop sales strategies and action plans to reach sales quotas.
Market & Competitor Research:
Stay updated on the latest trends in influencer marketing and the digital landscape.
Research competitor offerings, industry changes, and emerging trends to better position the agency’s services.
Identify opportunities to differentiate the agency’s offerings from competitors.
Client Onboarding:
Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from pitch to project execution.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., influencer management, creative, strategy) to ensure all client deliverables are met as promised during the sales process.
Collaboration with Teams:
Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to align sales efforts with overall agency goals.
Collaborate with the influencer management team to ensure influencers align with client requirements and brand expectations.
Reporting & CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, client interactions, and status updates in the agency’s CRM system.
Provide regular sales reports to management on pipeline progress, closed deals, and sales forecasts.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or advertising agencies.
Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Understanding of digital marketing, social media, and influencer marketing trends.
Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tracking, and reporting tools.
