Relationship Executive

Location: Dehradun, Iksana Workspace, Anand Arcade, 226, Canal Road, Dehradun - 248001.
Designation: Relationship Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team in Dehradun. This role is essential in fostering strong client relationships, ensuring seamless service delivery, and driving client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a knack for resolving customer queries, and a basic understanding of Excel to manage and track client interactions and data.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Coordination:
o Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day interactions and addressing client needs.
o Facilitate smooth communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
o Schedule and conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their requirements, provide updates, and gather feedback.
2. Renewals:
o Oversee and manage the renewal process for existing clients, ensuring timely and successful contract renewals.
o Monitor renewal dates and proactively reach out to clients to discuss renewal options and address any concerns.
o Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and present renewal proposals.
3. Customer Query Management:
o Handle and resolve client queries and issues promptly, providing high-quality customer service.
o Investigate and troubleshoot client concerns, coordinating with relevant departments to find effective solutions.
o Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions for future reference.
4. Lead Conversion:
o Identify and engage potential leads, effectively converting them into clients through targeted communication and follow-ups.
o Develop and implement strategies to nurture leads and build relationships that lead to successful client acquisition.
o Track lead progress and report on conversion rates and outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a client-facing role or relationship management is preferred.
  • Skills: o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
o Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting purposes.
o Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
o Proactive and solutions-oriented with a keen attention to detail.
