JOB DESCRIPTION a) Customer Relationship Management
Keep a dynamic, up-to-date database of pre-owned car customers, ensuring all essential information is accurately captured.
Implement strategic customer engagement initiatives, including tailored messages for special occasions, exclusive event invitations, and regular communication on the latest pre-owned car inventory.
Oversee and coordinate event invitations, leveraging dealership events to showcase pre-owned vehicles and nurture customer loyalty.
Proactively inform current and potential customers about pricing, accessories, promotions, and special offers related to pre-owned vehicles.
b) Sales & Delivery Experience
Deliver a warm and personalized experience for every customer visiting the dealership, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable pre-owned car buying journey.
Collect, analyze, and act on feedback from potential buyers regarding test drives and overall dealership experiences to continually enhance service quality.
Send customized confirmation emails upon vehicle reservations, aligned with dealership protocols for pre-owned sales.
Keep customers updated on delivery timelines for their pre-owned vehicles, working with internal teams to ensure timely, hassle-free deliveries. Organize a memorable and personalized handover experience for every customer.
Post-purchase, gather and analyze customer feedback to gauge satisfaction with the pre-owned buying process and identify opportunities for improvement.
Swiftly resolve customer concerns or complaints, ensuring prompt follow-up and a positive resolution for an elevated customer experience.
c) Lead Management
Efficiently track and distribute incoming leads from various channels (calls, website, etc.) to the appropriate sales teams for prompt follow-up.
Respond promptly to customer email inquiries using tailored, professional communication templates designed for the pre-owned vehicle segment.
Streamline lead management processes, ensuring all inquiries are consolidated, assigned, and followed up on in a timely manner to maximize sales conversions in the pre-owned vehicle market.
d) Experience & Qualification
Any graduation in related field
Must have experience of 4-6 years in automobile CRE position
A good written and Verbal communicator
