We are seeking a reliable and proactive Receptionist cum Telecaller to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our company, greeting clients and visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments. Additionally, you will handle outbound calls to support our marketing and customer service efforts. Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments
Perform basic clerical duties, such as photocopying, filing, and emailing
Handle outbound calls to support marketing campaigns and customer follow-ups
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and conference rooms
Assist in other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
