Full job description · The candidate should have good fluency in English. · Good Time Management Skills. · Greet Clients and visitors with a positive Procedures · Experience with Administrative and clerical procedures · Answering phones in a professional manner · Candidates shall preferably have typing skills for occasional typing requirements of the company. · Maintaining housekeeping, inventory, courier and other office administrative activities · Coordinate with vendors for service calls. · Assisting the HR for documentation and coordination work.
