We are looking for a highly organized and IT-proficient Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee IT compliance projects, ensuring smooth coordination between schools and our charitable trust. This role requires regular travel to nearby schools and proficiency in English (both written and verbal communication). Key Responsibilities:
IT Compliance: Ensure all IT infrastructure and practices in schools comply with relevant guidelines and regulations.
Project Coordination: Liaise between schools and the charitable trust to monitor project progress, track timelines, and ensure effective delivery.
Documentation: Prepare detailed reports, project plans, and compliance documents, maintaining clear and effective records.
Communication: Provide clear verbal and written communication to the trust and school staff.
Travel: Regular travel to nearby schools to monitor project progress and provide on-site support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in project coordination, especially with IT projects.
Strong understanding of IT compliance standards and regulations.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Willingness to travel locally for project supervision.
