Interior Designer
Key Responsibilities:
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Space Planning:
- Develop and optimize space plans for commercial and retail environments.
- Ensure space plans meet client requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into the design process.
- Generate Detailed Drawings:
- Create detailed architectural and construction drawings using industry-standard software.
- Prepare plans, sections, elevations, and detailed layouts for commercial and retail projects.
- Ensure all drawings are accurate, detailed, and comply with project specifications.
- Project Coordination:
- Work closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules and timelines.
- Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure projects are progressing as planned.
- Client Interaction:
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Present design concepts and detailed plans to clients for approval.
- Address client concerns and make necessary adjustments to the design as required.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough reviews of drawings and plans to ensure high-quality standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in commercial and retail design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in commercial and retail projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Auto CAD) and other design tools.
- Should be able to generate high quality renders using Sketchup + Vray.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent space planning and design skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
