Customer Relationship Executive [Female's only]
Job Description:
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and expectations.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs.
- Resolve client issues effectively and efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
- Assist the sales team in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Maintain accurate client records, including contact information, interactions, and service agreements.
- Share best practices and customer service techniques with team members.
- Conducting Parent Orientations for new admissions
- Providing student feedbacks on frequent basis
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
