- New Project Initiation with Project Team
- Vendor database management
- Issue of all Purchase Orders and keep a track of the same.
- Single point contact for Drafting and issuing letters and other documents for the projects
- Issue of all Purchase Orders and keep a track of the same
- Machinery responsibility of upkeep, handover and keeping track of the same
- Stock responsibility of synthetic material and to maintain stock records
- Coordinate with vendors for purchase of items for ongoing projects
- Billing coordination with the Billing engineer and Project Manager
- MIS reports on project letters, work orders, purchase orders, Machinery details, stock records etc. on weekly basis
- Record keeping of all the necessary documents pertaining to the job description and monthly submission of the same.
- Project planning and execution - multiple projects
- Tender/Project Conditions and requirement check post work award
- Submission of all necessary documents as per the agreement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
