Job Summary:
The Project Sales Executive/Manager will be responsible for driving sales of Shyam Steel products to large construction projects and managing relationships with contractors, builders, and key stakeholders. The role requires a strong understanding of project sales and business development, including working with clients in the construction and infrastructure sector.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the assigned sales targets for steel products in the designated area.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction projects segment.
Business Development:
Develop relationships with builders, contractors, developers, and other stakeholders involved in construction projects.
Generate leads and convert them into successful business deals.
Client Management:
Maintain existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular follow-ups to provide excellent after-sales service.
Market Research:
Keep track of market trends, competitor analysis, and identify opportunities for new business growth.
Understand the needs of clients and customize sales presentations accordingly.
Negotiation and Deal Closure:
Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with clients.
Prepare and present sales proposals to customers and ensure timely closure of sales.
Coordination and Execution:
Coordinate with internal teams, such as logistics and production, to ensure timely delivery of products.
Monitor project progress and follow up with clients on any issues related to product quality or delivery.
Reporting:
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and update management on sales performance and project status.
Track key sales metrics such as revenue, orders, and customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
Education: Graduate in any discipline (Engineering or MBA is a plus).
Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in Project Sales, preferably in the steel or building material industry.
Skills:
Strong understanding of the construction industry and project-based sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented approach.
