Area Sales Officer - Project Sales** **Location:** Patna, Bihar **CTC:** Up to 6 Lacs PA **Experience:** 7+ years **Domain:** Entire Bihar **Role Overview:** We are seeking a dynamic Area Sales Officer to lead our Project Sales initiatives for TMT Bars across Bihar. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in institutional sales within the building materials sector, with a strong network of contacts among architects, contractors, and key decision-makers. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Sales Management:** Drive project, industrial, and institutional sales of TMT Bars in Bihar, achieving set business objectives. 2. **Relationship Building:** Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including architects, contractors, builders, safety officers, masons, and purchase managers to facilitate business growth. 3. **Loyalty Programs:** Manage reward schemes and loyalty programs to align with business goals and enhance client engagement. 4. **Group Activities:** Organize group activities for contractors, including live demonstrations and training sessions to showcase products and services. 5. **Government Liaison:** Establish connections with government departments to generate leads, track relevant tenders, and maintain a comprehensive database of project customers. 6. **Client Engagement:** Interact with clients to recommend viable products and services, nurturing relationships for repeat business. 7. **Sales & Collection Responsibility:** Oversee all aspects of sales and collection processes. 8. **Market Analysis:** Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market reach, implementing strategies to stay ahead in the industry. 9. **Team Leadership:** Inspire, mentor, and guide the sales team to achieve desired business objectives. 10. **Technical Demonstrations:** Conduct requirement studies, site surveys, and presentations to demonstrate workflows and technical aspects of products. 11. **Feedback Utilization:** Leverage client feedback and personal networks to develop marketing intelligence for lead generation. 12. **After-Sales Activity:** Manage after-sales tasks, including client collections and maintaining daily sales and collection reports (MIS). 13. **Reporting:** Prepare and share regular MIS reports with management to provide updates on sales activities and performance. **Qualifications:** - Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials sector. - Proven track record in institutional sales with established contacts in the industry. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to lead and motivate a sales team effectively. - Proficient in market analysis and competitor tracking. **Preferred:** Candidates with experience in sales of building materials and a solid network within government and private projects in Bihar will be given priority. **Application Process:** Interested candidates are invited to send their resumes to **8420149100**.
