The Role: The Customer Experience roles at Maersk focus on providing post-onboarding services to customers, ensuring smooth operations and satisfaction. Key activities include:
Managing customer channels
Handling case management
Overseeing customer onboarding and relationship management
Managing contracts and disputes
Additional customer-related tasks
The Administrative stream supports other teams by performing technical, administrative, or operational tasks. Roles vary from entry-level positions to experienced contributors with specialized knowledge. These individuals help ensure smooth operations by executing their work efficiently. At more advanced levels, employees work independently, adhering to standards but also making decisions when needed to solve issues. Tasks are typically of limited scope and complexity, with some supervision, and employees rely on job-related training and experience to complete tasks.
New hires are expected to have basic knowledge of work routines and general information but may need to escalate more complex issues to experienced colleagues or supervisors. Limited business knowledge is required at the time of hiring.
Skills Required:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.
Attention to detail and ability to follow processes with a service-oriented approach.
Team player.
Familiarity with global Maersk Line Customer Service systems.
Experience in handling customer service for export and import transactions, and working with direct customers, forwarders, or brokers is preferred.

Good knowledge of the market and products.
