Claim Raise and Settlement, you will be responsible for overseeing the process of raising and settling claims related to returns in accordance with the customer's Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will lead a team dedicated to efficiently managing the claims process, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Claim Management:
- Lead the team responsible for raising and settling claims for all returns.
- Develop and implement efficient procedures for claim processing to ensure compliance with customer SLAs and KPIs.
- Monitor claim status and track progress to ensure timely resolution.
Team Leadership:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in claim management.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve performance targets and deliver excellent service.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their requirements and expectations regarding claim resolution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to address any issues or concerns related to claims management.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and completeness of claims documentation.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators related to claim processing, such as turnaround time and accuracy rates.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on claim status, trends, and performance metrics for management review.
