Distribution Executive
Chefouse, a growing brand in the food industry, is looking for an experienced Distribution Executive to manage and optimize our distribution processes. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our products reach retailers and consumers efficiently and on time. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in the FMCG sector, the ideal candidate should have strong logistics management skills and the ability to oversee inventory and distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Distribution Oversight: Manage the distribution of Chefouse products, ensuring timely deliveries to retailers and distributors.
Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with warehouse staff, transporters, and retail partners to streamline distribution activities and meet delivery deadlines.
Inventory Monitoring: Keep track of stock levels, coordinate with the warehouse team, and ensure there is an optimal flow of products.
Logistics Efficiency: Develop and implement effective logistics plans to reduce transportation costs while maintaining high standards of delivery.
Vendor Management: Liaise with transportation vendors and ensure they meet the company’s service requirements.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and distribution activities, ensuring adherence to legal and safety standards.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze distribution data and KPIs to track delivery performance and implement improvements where necessary.
Issue Resolution: Quickly address and resolve any distribution-related issues such as delays, product shortages, or logistical problems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the FMCG sector, specifically in distribution or logistics.
Solid understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using distribution management software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
