Position Title: Process Executive - Retail Assets [Housing Loan]
Location: Bhubaneswar, Berhampur, Sambalpur, Chhatisgharh
Experience
· A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the banking or financial services sector.
· At least 3+ years of experience in Retail Assets, with a focus on Housing Loans and Secured
· Loans (LAP).
· Specialist in HL/LAP proposal verification from start to finish.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Accurately enter and verify data related to customer and APF proposals, adhering to the
· provided checklist.
· Oversee the processing of customer and builder APF proposals.
· Conduct regular follow-ups and clarify information with the branch, sales team, DSA, and connectors.
· Coordinate legal and valuation processes with relevant vendors.
· Ensure all required legal and valuation documents are obtained and processed promptly.
· Address and resolve queries from customers, builders, and internal stakeholders efficiently.
· Provide daily, weekly, and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports.
Desired Skills
· Proficiency in data entry and MIS management.

· Expertise in documentation and reporting.
· Ability to collaborate and coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.
· Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Educational Qualification
 Bachelor’s degree from a university recognized by the Government of India, Government bodies, or AICTE.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
