Position Overview:
The Principal of Uttaranchal Dental College is a key leadership position responsible for the overall administration, academic integrity, and strategic direction of the institution. The Principal will ensure the delivery of high-quality education and foster an environment conducive to learning, research, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement academic programs and curricular in accordance with regulatory standards and industry trends.
Oversee faculty performance and support their professional development to enhance teaching effectiveness.
Foster a positive and inclusive campus culture that promotes student success and well-being.
Implement programs that address the diverse needs of students and facilitate their academic and professional growth.
Represent the college at professional conferences and community events to enhance its visibility and reputation.
Develop and implement policies for crisis management and conflict resolution within the college community.
Address disciplinary issues fairly and consistently while ensuring a safe environment for all.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)
Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) in any specialization
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in dental education, with at least 5 years in a leadership or administrative role.
Proven track record of academic and administrative excellence.
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in data analysis and using data to inform decision-making.
Familiarity with current trends in dental education and healthcare.
