- Crisis Management: Respond to emergencies, manage conflicts, and implement de-escalation techniques.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records related to inmate behavior, staff reports, and facility operations.
- Collaboration: Work with external agencies, healthcare providers, and community organizations to support inmate rehabilitation and reintegration.
- Budget Management: Assist in budget preparation and manage resources efficiently.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism.
- Knowledge of legal regulations and correctional best practices.
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
