JOB DESCRIPTION:
JOB LOCATION : PATNA, SIWAN, SASARAM
We at the Ambedkar Group of Institutions Require Hostel wardens Male ONLY for our hostel located at Danapur Patna, Siwan, Sasaram.
1. Supervision and Security:
- Ensure the safety and security of residents within the hostel premises.
- Monitor access to the hostel and enforce security protocols.
- Respond to emergencies or incidents and take appropriate action.
2. Resident Welfare:
- Foster a positive and supportive living environment for residents.
- Address residents' concerns and provide guidance on personal and interpersonal issues.
- Mediate conflicts between residents and promote a harmonious living community.
3. Rules and Regulations:
- Enforce hostel rules and regulations to maintain order and discipline.
- Communicate and educate residents about hostel policies and expectations.
- Take corrective measures for any violations and conduct disciplinary actions if necessary.
4. Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain records of resident information, attendance, and incidents.
- Coordinate room allocations, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Collaborate with hostel management on administrative matters.
5. Health and Safety:
- Conduct regular health and safety inspections of the hostel premises.
- Ensure that fire safety measures are in place and educate residents on safety procedures.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities for health and safety compliance.
6. Counseling and Guidance:
- Provide guidance and support to residents facing academic, personal, or emotional challenges.
- Refer residents to appropriate resources, such as counselling services or academic advisors.
7. Emergency Response:
- Develop and implement emergency response plans.
- Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services when necessary.
8. Maintenance Oversight:
- Report and coordinate maintenance issues within the hostel.
- Ensure that the hostel facilities are in good condition.
REQUIREMENTS:

• Only Male Candidates.
• Full Time Job (24 hours stay)
• Lodging and Food provided

QUALIFICATION:
Minimum Qualification: Graduates. Students of Background of Hotel Management will be given preference.

• Graduation with minimum 3 years of previous experience as Hostel warden in any organization of repute.
