Placement Officer(MBA Fresher)
We are seeking a motivated Placement Officer to support our placement initiatives. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh MBA graduates who are passionate about career development and employer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Employer Engagement: Develop relationships with local and national employers to create job opportunities.
- Event Management: Organize and manage job fairs, recruitment drives, and networking events.
- Career Counseling: Provide guidance on resume building, interview techniques, and job search strategies.
- Placement Tracking: Monitor and report on placement metrics and outcomes.
- Program Development: Assist in creating programs to enhance student employability and career readiness.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
