Job Title: Personal Secretary Job Summary: The Personal Secretary provides high-level administrative support to an executive, manager, or other senior personnel, ensuring smooth operation of daily activities and efficient handling of administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events for the executive, including coordinating with other departments and external contacts.
Communication: Handle and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; draft and proofread communications.
Document Management: Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and other documents; maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, and prepare itineraries.
Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure confidentiality in all interactions and communications.
Expense Management: Process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents.
Research and Support: Conduct research and gather information as needed to assist in decision-making and project management.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a personal secretary or in a similar administrative role.
