Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport the MD to and from office, meetings, appointments, and personal engagements as required.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and serviced regularly.
- Plan routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations, considering traffic conditions and alternative routes when necessary.
- Assist with loading/unloading luggage, packages, or other items as required.
- Handle any minor vehicle maintenance issues (tire changes, refueling, etc.) and promptly report any major mechanical issues.
- Stay informed about traffic updates, road closures, and any potential travel disruptions.
- Occasionally run errands or make pickups/deliveries on behalf of the MD.
- Maintain communication with the MD and their office regarding schedules and route planning.
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a personal or corporate driver, preferably with senior management or executives.
- Familiarity with routes and driving conditions in and around Chandigarh, Zirakpur, Panchkula, and nearby regions.
- Ability to handle luxury vehicles with care and precision.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding safety and vehicle care.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance is an advantage.
