Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.
- SEO and SEM: Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and manage SEM campaigns to drive paid traffic.
- Analytics: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, adjusting strategies based on data insights to achieve marketing goals.
- Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media strategies, including content planning, scheduling, and engagement.
- Email Marketing: Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams such as sales, design, and product to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing with a solid understanding of various digital marketing channels and tools.
- Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media platforms, email marketing software). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Certifications: Certifications in digital marketing or related fields (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads) are a plus.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and design tools is advantageous.
