Junior Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with a strong focus on SEO and Meta Ads (formerly Facebook Ads) to manage our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, with an emphasis on search engine optimization and paid social media campaigns. You will be responsible for driving organic and paid traffic, increasing brand awareness, and helping us connect with pet lovers and customers across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to our website.
Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page elements, and ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented.
Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook and Instagram) to achieve maximum ROI, including audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and other SEO tools to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-optimized blog posts, product descriptions, and landing pages.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and algorithm changes to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
Report on performance metrics, KPIs, and campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience in SEO and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram ads), with a track record of successful campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz).
Experience with keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and backlink strategies.
Proficiency in managing paid social media advertising campaigns, including audience segmentation and budget optimization.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Passion for the pet industry and a love for animals is a plus!
