Role Overview: A Personal Banking Advisor specializing in Asset Management and Fund Management plays a key role in managing client relationships, offering tailored financial advice, and helping clients optimize their wealth portfolios. This role focuses on providing clients with customized solutions for managing their investments in mutual funds, ETFs, bonds, stocks, and other financial instruments while ensuring that the client’s long-term financial goals are met. Key Responsibilities:1. Client Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on asset management and fund-related products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and retail clients.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide updates on fund performance, asset allocation, and market trends.
Ensure that clients' financial objectives are met through proactive financial planning and regular engagement.
2. Investment Advisory:
Offer personalized investment solutions across a range of asset classes (equities, fixed income, commodities, etc.) based on clients’ risk tolerance, time horizon, and financial goals.
Assess client needs to develop comprehensive asset management strategies, recommending appropriate funds and investment products.
Stay informed of market trends and macroeconomic factors influencing asset prices, fund performance, and investment risks.
3. Fund Management and Asset Allocation:
Assist clients in fund selection, providing guidance on mutual funds, hedge funds, private equity, ETFs, and managed accounts.
Monitor and rebalance client portfolios to ensure appropriate risk management and performance objectives are met.
Educate clients on various investment products, risk profiles, and asset allocation strategies.
4. Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure that all recommendations and transactions comply with regulatory requirements and the organization’s internal policies.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure portfolios are aligned with the client's investment profile and risk tolerance.
Keep detailed records of client interactions, advice given, and transactions performed to meet compliance standards.
5. Business Development:
Identify new client opportunities through networking, referrals, and cross-selling of financial services.
Work with the sales and marketing teams to promote asset management products and expand the client base.
Stay current on market conditions, fund management trends, and new investment products to enhance advisory services.
Skills and Competencies:
Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of asset management, fund management, investment products (stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds), and financial markets.
