Act as the first point of contact for inquiries from clients, vendors, and internal staff, ensuring all communications are handled professionally.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments.
Relay important information to team members clearly and efficiently.
Record Keeping and Document Management:
Maintain accurate records, including employee files, financial documentation, and office procedures.
Prepare and distribute internal communications, such as memos and meeting notes.
Customer Service:
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or department.
Provide clear and helpful information to callers and clients.
Project Assistance:
