Administration Assistant

Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, and serving as a key point of contact between departments, clients, and external partners. Your ability to communicate clearly and professionally will help maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • General Administrative Support:
  • Manage and organize office tasks, including filing, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Communication and Coordination:
  • Act as the first point of contact for inquiries from clients, vendors, and internal staff, ensuring all communications are handled professionally.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments.
  • Relay important information to team members clearly and efficiently.
  • Record Keeping and Document Management:
  • Maintain accurate records, including employee files, financial documentation, and office procedures.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, such as memos and meeting notes.
  • Customer Service:
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or department.
  • Provide clear and helpful information to callers and clients.
  • Project Assistance:
  • Assist with special projects, including research, data entry, and event planning.
  • Liaise between different departments to ensure smooth project workflows.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Basic knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently when needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Experience with office management software or CRM systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
