Receptionist/Administration
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and manage the company’s general email inbox.
- Provide accurate information about the company’s services and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and ensure the meeting rooms are prepared for client visits.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Handle office supplies inventory, ordering, and replenishment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, internet).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work efficiently.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
