Patient Counselor:
Location: Zen Kashi Cancer Hospital & Cancer Care Center, Akhari Chauraha, Varanasi
Experience: Minimum 2 years in patient care (Oncology preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patient queries and support.
- Schedule appointments, manage treatment plans, and ensure smooth patient flow.
- Educate patients on treatment protocols, side effects, and after-care.
- Provide emotional support and address patient concerns empathetically.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, dietitians, and support staff for holistic patient care.
- Advocate for patient needs, provide regular updates to families, and ensure high patient satisfaction.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
