Roles and Responsibilities:* - Talk to patients to understand what they need, answer their questions, and give them the best solutions quickly. - Learn about the business, figure out what patient needs, and give them useful information. - Answer patients questions through phone calls and chats. - Follow protocols , use call scripts, keep quality high, and interact politely with patients. - Build strong relationships with patients , engage with them, and take opportunities to suggest additional products /treatments to increase brand value. - Keep accurate records of all conversations in a clear way. - Meet personal and team goals for both quality and quantity of work. *Role Requirements:* - 2-3 years of experience in customer support in a sales-focused environment. - Good knowledge of CRM systems, business practices, and a passion for customer service. - Excellent communication skills. - Being able to speak multiple languages is a plus.
