Key Responsibilities:
- Production Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end production process, including sourcing materials, managing suppliers, and coordinating with factories.
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
- Quality Control:
- Implement quality assurance protocols to ensure all products meet the brand's quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments throughout the production process.
- Cost Management:
- Analyze production costs and identify areas for efficiency improvements.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and manufacturers to optimize costs.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to align production with product launches and promotional activities.
- Lead and mentor the production team, providing guidance and support.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery of finished goods.
- Develop strategies for effective inventory turnover and minimize excess stock.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and present production reports to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Production Management, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in fashion production and operations, with a strong understanding of the supply chain.
- Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
