Operations Executive
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Executive to oversee and manage mutual fund transactions through the NSE portal. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of mutual fund operations and be proficient in managing both financial and non-financial transactions. This role involves ensuring timely and accurate execution of transactions, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the mutual fund desk.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Experience:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage mutual fund transactions, including purchases, redemptions, and switches through the NSE portal.
- Ensure timely processing of all financial and non-financial transactions (such as account updates, nominee changes, etc.).
- Oversee reconciliation of mutual fund units with custodians, registrars, and depositories.
- Monitor transaction flows and troubleshoot any discrepancies or issues.
- Liaise with fund houses, registrars, and other external parties to resolve any operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to mutual fund operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and generate reports as required.
- Assist in streamlining and optimizing operational processes to improve efficiency.
- Support in onboarding and managing client portfolios in relation to mutual funds.
- Stay updated on changes in regulations and operational practices in the mutual fund industry.
- 2+ years of experience in mutual fund operations or a related field.
- Proficiency in handling mutual fund transactions via the NSE platform.
- Strong understanding of non-financial mutual fund processes (e.g., KYC updates, nominee updates).
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to mutual funds.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Experience:
