Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Executive at our firm located in Patna. The Back Office Executive will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical duties, including data entry, managing and updating records, preparing reports, and maintaining databases. Other responsibilities include managing and processing invoices, assisting with customer inquiries, managing client accounts, and cooperating with other departments, working on documentation and compliances under various laws. Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in B.com with a minimum average percentage of 70% in intermediate and graduation in a relevant field such as business administration, finance, or accounting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experienced with administrative and clerical tasks (Preferable)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer software
Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work in a team.
Experience with billing software and bookkeeping is a plus (Preferable)
A General understanding of business structure and its functioning is a must.
