ADVOCATE (B.COM)
- Legal advice Advocates advise clients on a variety of legal matters, including family law, trusts, property transactions, and commercial law.
- Representation Advocates represent clients in civil and criminal courts. They also cross-examine witnesses and negotiate settlements.
- Case preparation Advocates research legal concepts, prepare case documents, and schedule depositions.
- Communication Advocates communicate with clients regularly to keep them informed about the progress of their cases.
- Professionalism Advocates must be competent, diligent, and up-to-date with legal developments. They must also uphold their client's interests and not disclose confidential communications.
- MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF GST.
- MUST BE A COMMERCE GRADUATE.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekend only
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
