What's this role about? - To implement the Project Migration on AD and O365
Here's how you'll contribute:
You'll do this by: Act as poc for AD and O365 migration along with implementation accountability and responsibility. You will be client facing , working closely with client counter parts and BAU leads for this migration.
Core Skills: Min 8 to 12 yrs of AD and Server Admin experience ar Senior and Enterprise level hands on.
Graduate with commendable communication and siftskills.
Must have client facing experience , ability to lead a team of 5 to 10 highly skilled server and Ad admins
AAD , ADFS and complex & critical AD adminstration experience is must.
Strong Experience in Installing, administering, managing and supporting Active Directory Services (v2012, v2016, v2019).
Installing, administering and supporting DNS, ADFS, DHCP, PKI Services, AD Connect.
Management of Active Directory Users/Groups, Group Policy Objects
Perform audits and reporting on Active Directory as needed
Experience with configuring Group Policy Objects to secure a Windows infrastructure.
Forest consolidation (Multiple forest to single forest)
Experience with scripting leveraging Power Shell.
Experience working at an AD 2008 functional level and migration to 2016/2019 functional level preferred.
Manage Active Directory Replication Sites and Services Configuration
Manage and document Active Directory, ADFS, PKI, AD Connect DR plan and implementation process
Hands on exp in ADFS, RP configuration, Troubleshooting.
Experience with domain consolidations/migrations preferred.
Experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration, to include Server 2012, 2016 and 2019 operating systems.
Experience using ITSM ticket management system for work prioritization and daily workload management.
Provide off-hours on-call support as needed, Rotational Shift with On-Call on Weekends
Majorly Providing L3 Support for Active directory, ADFS, PKI and Azure AD line of business.
Good to have knowledge of AD Security posturing with any security tools like Ping Castle, ALSID or MS RAP

Managing applications: Designing, implementing, and supporting Office 365 applications like Teams, One Drive, Share Point, and Outlook
Managing user accounts: Managing user accounts, permissions, and security policies
Maintaining services: Ensuring the operational health of Office 365 applications, including security, performance, and availability
Troubleshooting issues: Troubleshooting issues related to Office 365, such as connectivity and mobility
Monitoring and analyzing: Conducting routine monitoring and analysis, such as evaluating audit log reports and system utilization reports
Planning and implementing updates: Planning and implementing new features and updates to keep the organization's technology infrastructure modern
Maintaining documentation: Developing, maintaining, and updating Microsoft 365 governance documentation
Providing support: Providing technical and configuration support to employees
Ensuring compliance: Implementing compliance and enforcing ownership of applications and site content
Leading projects: Leading IT projects for clients
Coordinating staff: Coordinating various IT staff and operations
