We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate connections and Placements Officer to establish and maintain relationships with companies, identify placement opportunities, and facilitate successful placements for our students and candidates

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit companies to establish relationships and identify placement opportunities
- Coordinate with companies to understand their recruitment needs and requirements
- Arrange campus placements, interviews, and other recruitment processes
- Negotiate terms of employment, salary packages, and benefits
- Ensure timely and successful placements
- Maintain accurate records of company interactions, placements, and candidate feedback
- Build and maintain a database of company contacts and job openings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless placement processes
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in placement, recruitment, or HR
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel extensively
- Proficiency in MS Office and database management
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Result-oriented and target-driven
Desirable Qualifications:
- MBA in HR or any Degree
- Experience in recruitment agencies or placement cells
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
