Marketing Officer
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Property Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting site surveys, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring all property data is accurately recorded. This role is vital to our projects, supporting land development, boundary demarcation, and property appraisals.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Conduct on-site property and land surveys using industry-standard equipment (GPS, total stations, etc.).
- Prepare detailed maps, sketches, and legal descriptions of property features.
- Measure property boundaries, elevations, and other land features.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure survey accuracy.
- Provide reports and updates to clients regarding survey results.
- Ensure all work complies with local zoning, land use, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of survey results and project files.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
