This role involves overseeing all store operations, driving sales, and executing both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, excellent leadership skills, and a knack for building relationships with customers and the community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Marketing:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Execute ATL marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Plan and coordinate BTL activities such as local events, promotions, and partnerships.
- Customer Engagement:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
- Build relationships with customers and gather feedback to improve services.
- Train staff on customer engagement techniques and product knowledge.
- Community Involvement:
- Actively participate in local community events to promote the Tanishq brand.
- Establish partnerships with local businesses and organizations to drive traffic to the store.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Monitor and analyse sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports for management on store performance and market trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in jewellery or luxury goods.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving marketing initiatives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
