Job Title: Supervisor with Electrical Knowledge for Solar Installation
Location:
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of installers in the deployment of solar energy systems.
Ensure all installations comply with safety standards, codes, and company policies.
Conduct site assessments to determine project feasibility and requirements.
Provide hands-on guidance with electrical wiring and system installations.
Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project timelines and expectations are met.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety protocols.
Maintain accurate records of project progress and report to management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in solar installation and electrical wiring.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and at heights.
