IT Support Expert
We need an IT service agent to provide their technical support to our employees. The work has to ensure the correct usage of our software and platforms and consequently increase efficiency of the system and preserve the sensitive information. Also, you will be involved in the discussion about the necessity of an IT hardware upgrade.
Responsibilities:

Pay: ₹8,511.86 - ₹48,515.71 per month

Responsibilities:
- Having the idea to ask a problem to the IT Manager as well as other stakeholders from various departments should happen.
- Helping staff with their IT tasks, and assisting customers’ technical concerns with the help of their own IT systems.
- Informing end users on the hardware systems and software packages that their systems use.
- Capturing errors that have been recorded within a certain duration.
- Examining the Hardware and Software in the system and the state of the system.
